Tiafoe, Carreno Busta to Winston-Salem quarters

Frances Tiafoe held on to beat Thiago Monteiro 7-5, 7-6 (2) on Wednesday night in the third round of the Winston-Salem Open, and top-seeded Pablo Carreno Busta also moved on.
